  • 1 lime (juiced and zested)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 23 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 head green leaf lettuce (chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 avocados (sliced)
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1/2 red onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup tortilla strips

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, honey, and avocado oil for at least 8 hours.
  2. Grill the marinated chicken over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. Mix ranch dressing and hot sauce in a small bowl to create the spicy dressing.
  4. In a large bowl, layer chopped lettuce followed by grilled chicken slices and other vegetables. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
