  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 bag (19 oz) frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 package (4 count) sirloin steaks
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ½ yellow onion
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sirloin steaks to one side of the pan; place sliced green bell pepper and yellow onion on the other side. Sprinkle with Montreal steak seasoning.
  3. Cook steaks according to package directions until done, while veggies become crisp-tender.
  4. Stir together beef and veggies once cooked.
  5. Add frozen cheese tortellini and heavy cream to the pan, bringing it to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to simmer and cover for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
