Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
