  • 24 crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 cup chopped milk chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chilled unsalted butter
  • 5 chocolate-covered almonds
  • 1 cup chopped white cooking chocolate

Instructions

  1. To make the crust, mix crushed Oreos and melted dark chocolate in a bowl. Stir in unsalted butter until combined and press firmly into a 9-inch tart pan.
  2. For the filling, melt dark and milk chocolates with heavy cream in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly, then mix in chilled butter until blended.
  3. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
  4. Create the spiderweb by melting white chocolate with heavy cream over low heat, then drizzle over the tart in concentric circles and use a toothpick to draw lines through for the web effect.
